What we collect
When you send the inquiry form we receive your name, phone, email (optional), wedding date, venue, package interest and message. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare your quote.
Visitor statistics
Our website counts visits without cookies and without storing your IP address, so we can see which pages are useful. If Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel is enabled, those services may use cookies under their own policies.
Online payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our website. We receive your name, email, amount and payment status to confirm your booking.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to run our business (email, payment processing) or when required by law.
Bookings and refunds
Retainers and payments are applied to your package total. Booking, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the contract you sign with us.
Your photos
We may share selected work on our website and social media. If you prefer that we do not share your wedding, tell us and we will respect it.
